David Whittle

Director

David has worked in the Fiveways and Preston Park area since starting his estate agency career in 1983 with an independent estate agent at Fiveways. After progressing quickly through the ranks he was soon successfully managing and improving the performance of a number of corporate estate agent offices in the local area. David is very well known in the area and has long standing associations with many clients and values repeat business very highly as recognition of a service well received. With 40 years experience of selling homes in the local area he was keen some years ago to establish his own estate agency business in 2006 when David & Co was formed. Outside of work, David is interested in many sports and enjoys keeping fit being a keen marathon runner and ultra runner, and enjoys nothing more than spending time on the South Downs with his two border collies.

Marc Lawson

Brighton born & bred, Marc has worked as an agent serving Brighton & Hove since the mid 90’s and particularly loves the Fiveways area because of its beautiful architecture and its lovely community feel. Marc has managed many corporate estate agency offices over the years but prefers the personal service that independent estate agents can offer and feels like David & Co is where he really belongs! Whilst enjoying all aspects of the job, the best part, he says, is handing over the keys to the new owners on moving day and seeing people happy and smiling! Outside of work, Marc is a director of the local parkrun at Preston Park, and spends most Friday & Saturday nights playing bass in local bands.
